Revenue 2.7x in a year. From break-even to 12% net profit.
A family-owned cleaning products brand was doing $400k a month and roughly breaking even. A year later it is doing $1.2M a month at a 12% net profit. The revenue and the margin came first. The ad spend followed.

The ad spend behind it. Monthly, before us vs with us
Spend went up a lot, and it went up after the revenue and margin were proven, because every incremental dollar was coming back.
The brand
Clean-Eez is a family-owned cleaning products brand. Hero product is Grout-eez, with Restore-eez (floor restorer), MSR and Home-eez behind it. Products with an obvious before-and-after, at price points that trigger an impulse buy and still hold margin.
The problem
In the first half of 2025 Clean-Eez was a $400k-a-month business that was, at best, break-even. Almost all of it was Amazon. Shopify did $61k a month. Meta was a $40k-a-month channel returning 1.31. There was no owned channel to grow into and no margin to grow with. When we started, the job was not to spend more. It was to build revenue that made money, and only then scale into it.
What we did
- 1Built TikTok Shop from zero into the biggest channel. From August 2025. Six months later it was 53% of Shopify revenue, with 600+ active affiliate creators. This is what turned $61k a month on Shopify into $500k a month.
- 2Fixed the margin before touching the budget. When we took over Meta in May 2026 it was scaling into a falling ROAS and losing money on every incremental dollar. We cut spend first, got a clean read, then rebuilt efficiency. The profit target came from that discipline, not from a bigger budget.
- 3Found the creative that converts, then scaled it. July 2026 was the breakthrough. One format converted well above the account average. We iterated heavily, several iterations became winners in their own right, and Meta scaled into them.
- 4Cross-pollinated channels. Best-performing TikTok videos moved to Meta to launch Restore-eez. TikTok winners became Meta winners.
- 5Added AppLovin as a third channel. Tested in June 2026, retested in July, held in August. Profitable at their margin and diversifying away from Meta.
- 6Built a second top-of-funnel product. MSR emerged as a second TOF product in August. Home-eez went into testing. Restore-eez still being worked for a scale breakthrough.

The result
Read the two tables in order. Revenue from $400k a month to $1.2M a month, Shopify 8.3x, and a business that was break-even now at 12% net profit. Then, and only then, ad spend 3.2x. Their team deserves the credit for the product and the operations. What we did was build the channels that made the revenue profitable, and scale spend into them once they were.
